Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Sandpiper Air End Kit?
An Air End Kit is a manufacturer-listed service kit for the air distribution side of a compatible Sandpiper AODD pump. Exact contents vary by model and configuration.
Which Air End Kit fits the Sandpiper S20?
The verified selections on this page are Standard Non-Conductive Centre, Conductive Polypropylene Centre. Match the configuration to the complete pump identification before ordering.
Does the wetted pump material determine the Air End Kit?
Not by itself. The compatible pump construction identifies the product family, while the exact Air End Kit is selected from the applicable pump-centre or air-side configuration.
Is an Air End Kit the same as an Air Wear Kit?
No. SANDPIPER distinguishes complete Air End Kits from smaller Air Wear Kits on models where both are offered. Air Wear Kits do not necessarily contain the complete air-valve and pilot-valve assemblies.
How do I confirm the correct S20 Air End Kit?
Check the complete pump model, pump-centre / air-side configuration and existing kit or air-valve part number. If unclear, provide the pump nameplate details to ABS Engineering for verification.
