Product Overview

The SANDPIPER F10 1" FDA AODD Pump Food Grade Diaphragm Pump is designed for food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and sanitary-related transfer applications where food-contacting materials and electropolished surfaces are required. This FDA-compliant air operated double diaphragm pump is part of Sandpiper’s F-Series FDA pump range and is built with 316 stainless steel wetted components electropolished to a 125 µin finish.

The F10 pump features FDA Santoprene, PTFE, and FDA Hytrel options for diaphragms, check balls, and seats, supporting safe and reliable handling of food-grade fluids, ingredients, flavorings, fragrances, and clean-in-place chemicals. Its bolted construction provides robust, leak-free performance compared to typical clamped-construction food pumps.

With a maximum flow rate of up to 49 GPM (185.5 LPM), 1½" tri-clamp suction and discharge connections, and stainless steel wetted construction, the Sandpiper F10 is suitable for hygienic product transfer and process applications requiring dependable AODD pump performance.
