The Sandpiper SB1 / SB25 diaphragm is a genuine replacement wear component for compatible 1-inch Heavy Duty Ball Valve air-operated double diaphragm pumps.
Current SB1 / SB25 Design Level 5 pumps are available with aluminium, stainless steel or Alloy C wetted construction. Pump wetted construction and diaphragm material are separate specifications.
Current Sandpiper service documentation lists Santoprene, Hytrel, Nitrile, FKM, EPDM, Neoprene, FDA Accepted White Nitrile and PTFE diaphragm configurations. PTFE is available as an overlay or one-piece bonded diaphragm construction.
