The Sandpiper HDB1½ / HDB40 diaphragm is a genuine replacement wear component for compatible 1½-inch Heavy Duty Ball Valve air-operated double diaphragm pumps.
Current HDB1½ / HDB40 Design Level 8 configurations include aluminium, cast iron and stainless steel wetted constructions. Pump wetted construction is separate from diaphragm material.
Current manufacturer documentation individually lists Santoprene, Nitrile, FKM, EPDM, Neoprene and PTFE diaphragm configurations, including PTFE overlay and Synthesis™ One-Piece PTFE constructions.
